Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 48 hours of our acceptance of the order, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or days when our shop is closed. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
Shipping in warm weather -- It is a fact of life that chocolate will melt when it is 70° of higher. Stever's will add an ice pack to your order if we feel it necessary. This implemented to help and in no way offers a guarantee that the candy shipped will not melt. Ice packs add 1 pound of weight to your package and therefore the shipping cost will reflect that.
